Accessibility
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used, only if you approve. Technical data needed for the site to work is stored either way. More details in the Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy
This policy meets the transparency requirements of Amendment 13 to the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (the “Law”), and describes how Marom Cyber collects and uses personal information on this website.
1. Who we are and the purpose of this policy
Marom Cyber, managed by Elad Elimelech, is the controller of the information collected on this site. This policy explains what details we collect, why, for how long, and how you can exercise your rights regarding them.
2. What information we collect, and why
When you contact us through the contact form, we collect: full name, phone number, email address, and the content of your inquiry (and, if selected, your area of interest). This information is collected based on your explicit consent when submitting the form, for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, scheduling an introductory call, preparing a quote and providing the requested service. We do not collect sensitive information (such as health, political or biometric data), and we do not use advertising trackers (such as Facebook Pixel) on this site. For website usage statistics, see section 5.
3. Mailings and marketing content
We will send you updates, tips or service offers only if you have explicitly and actively opted in on the contact form. You can withdraw this consent at any time, by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message, or by contacting us directly.
4. Data retention and third parties
Inquiry details are stored in our business email inbox and internal management systems, and are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal requirements (and no longer). The information is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. The only technical party involved in transmitting the inquiry is the site’s mail/hosting service, used solely to forward the form content to our email. Fonts on the site are loaded from Google Fonts, which may expose your IP address to Google when the page loads, in accordance with Google’s privacy policy. The site is hosted by Hostinger, and some technical components of the hosting provider are also loaded.
5. Cookies, technical storage and usage statistics
Technical data. The site stores data on your device that it needs to work: your color-theme preference (light/dark), your language preference, and your cookie choice. This data is not shared with third parties and is not used for tracking or advertising.
Usage statistics (Google Analytics). Only with your consent, the site uses Google Analytics, a Google service, to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, where you came from, device type and country. We use this information statistically to improve the site and to measure marketing activity, not to identify you personally or for personalized advertising. The information may be processed on Google servers outside Israel, in accordance with Google’s privacy policy. If you do not consent, no Analytics cookies are stored on your device, and Google receives at most anonymous signals without an identifier. You can change your choice at any time: Change cookie settings.
6. Your rights
Under the Law, you may at any time: review the information collected about you; request its correction or update; request its deletion (where there is no legal obligation to retain it); and object to its use for mailings. To do so, you can contact us by email at info@maromcyber.com or by phone at +972-52-4739696. We will respond within a reasonable time and no later than required by law. If you are dissatisfied with how your request was handled, you may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
7. Information security
The site operates over a secure protocol (HTTPS/SSL), and access to the collected information is limited to the business owners only. In the event of a security incident affecting personal information, we will act in accordance with the reporting obligations set by law.
8. Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Under the Law, the obligation to appoint a Data Protection Officer applies to public bodies and organizations with large or significantly sensitive databases. Marom Cyber is a small business that does not meet these criteria and is therefore not required to appoint a DPO. Any privacy matter is handled directly by the business owners using the details above.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, in line with legislative changes or changes to the site’s activity. An updated version will be published on this page.
Last updated: September 2026. This policy does not constitute legal advice.
